NORAM INCREASES PRIVATE PLACEMENT TO $1,470,000
Vancouver, British Columbia – September 12, 2018 – Noram Ventures Inc. (TSX -V: NRM Frankfurt:
N7R) (“Noram” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the increase in the previously announced
private placement from $1,050,000 to a gross total of $1,470,000.
Further to the news release dated August 29, 2018 and due to an overwhelming response, Noram will
be increasing the private placement from gross proceeds of $ 1,050,000 to gross proceeds of
$1,470,000. The placement is a unit offering of up to 1 4,000,000 units at a price of $0.105 per unit.
Each unit will be comprised of one common share and one transferable share purchase warrant exer-
cisable at a price of $0.14 for two year s from the date of TSX Venture Exchange approval (the “Ap-
proval Date”).
Additionally, the Company will be offering a Finder’s Fee of 8% cash and 8% warrants where applica-
ble. Finder’s warrants will have the same terms as the aforementioned warrants. All shares will be
subject to a four month and a day hold from the Approval Date. This transaction remains subject to
TSX Venture Exchange approval.
