Noram Completes 10:1 Share Consolidation

NORAM COMPLETES 10:1 SHARE CONSOLIDATION
Vancouver, British Columbia – February 28, 2018– Noram Ventures Inc. (TSX-Venture: NRM and Frankfurt:
N7R) (“Noram” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for
filing a 10:1 Share Consolidation (the “Consolidation”). Effective as at the opening of trading on March 2, 2018,
the consolidated shares will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on the basis of 1 (one) post -
consolidated common share for every 10 (ten) pre-consolidated shares held.
As at February 28, 2018, the Company has 197,873,333 shares issued and outstanding. Post consolidation, the Company
will have 19,787,333. The Company’s new CUSIP number will be 65542J205 and the new ISIN number will be CA
65542J056. A Letter of Transmittal with respect to the consolidation will be mailed on March 6, 2018 to the shareholders
of record as of February 28, 2018.
All shareholders with physical certificates in hand will be required to send their respective certificates representing the
pre-consolidated common shar es along with a completed Letter of Transmittal to the Company’s transfer agent,
Computershare Trust Company of Canada (“Computershare”), in Toronto, Ontario, all in accordance with the
instructions provided in the Letter of Transmittal. Additional copies of the Letter of Transmittal can be obtained through
Computershare (by phone: 1 – 800 – 564 -6253 ) or by email: [email protected]). All Shareholders
who submit a duly completed Letter of Transmittal along with their respective pre -consolidated share certificate(s) to
Computershare will receive in return a post-consolidated share certificate.
