NORAM ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING RESULTS AND
ANNOUNCES NEW LITIGATION
Vancouver, British Columbia – July 7, 2021 – Noram Ventures Inc. (“Noram” or the “Company” ) (TSX -
Venture: NRM / Frankfurt: N7R / OTCQB: NRVTF) held its Annual General and Special Meeting (“AGSM”)
at 11: 00am Pacific Standard Time on Monday, July 5, 202 1. At the Company’s Meeting, shareholders
representing 12.34% of the Company’s outstanding shares, re-appointed Anita Algie, Arthur Brown, Cyrus
Driver, Sandy MacDougall, and Adam Falkoff to the Board of Directors. Shareholders re-approved the 10-
per-cent rolling stock option plan, re-appointed DMCL Chartered Accountants as auditor of the Company
for the ensuing year and authorized the directors to fix the remuneration to be paid to the auditor. In
addition, shareholders also approved a resolution approving a proposed name change at the discretion of
the Board of Directors. The Company will be changing its name to “Noram Lithium Corp.”, effective upon
approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
The Company is also announcing that on June 14, 2021, C.T. Barrie and A ssociates, Inc. commenced an
action against the Company for alleged unpaid fees. The Company denies all liability and will be defending
the action.
