Noram Announces $74,650 Debt Settlement

NORAM ANNOUNCES $74,650 DEBT SETTLEMENT

Vancouver, B ritish Columbia – December 8th, 2017 – Noram Ventures Inc . (TSX -Venture: N RM and

Frankfurt: N7R) (“Noram” or the “Company”) announces that it has entered into settlement agreement s with

various creditors, pursuant to which the Company intends to settle an aggregate of $74,650 of debt in

consideration for the issuance of an aggregate of 1,493,000 common shares of the Company at an issued price of

$0.05 per common share.

The Company deteremined it will satisfy the indebtedness with common shares to preserve its cash for various

exploration expenditures already allotted to their Clayton Valley , Nevada and Aizaro, Argentian Properties in addition

to general working capital purposes. The completeion of the shares-for-debt settlement is subject to receipt of approval

of the TSX Venture Exchange. The common shares issued pursuant to the shares -for-debt settlement will be subject to

a statutory hold period of four months plus a day.
