NovaRed Appoints Gregory Fedun to its Advisory Board

Vancouver, British Columbia – May 7, 2026 – NovaRed Mining Inc. (CSE: NRED; OTCQB:

NREDF) (“NovaRed” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has appointed

Gregory Fedun to its Advisory Board. Mr. Fedun brings over 30 years of experience advising

public and private companies, with a particular focus on the natural resource sector. His

expertise spans global project development, capital markets, and strategic initiatives

across North America, South America, Africa, and the Middle East. Mr. Fedun has served as

a key advisor to the United Arab Emirates’ Al Mualla Royal Family on a range of international

projects. He also facilitated a $70 million business combination involving Anadark o

Petroleum. Mr. Fedun has also founded and developed multiple businesses across the

mineral exploration, oil and gas, skincare, and agriculture sectors.

With his extensive experience, Mr. Fedun will provide valuable guidance as the Company

advances its Wilmac Copper -Gold Project exploration initiatives. As a member of the

advisory board, he will support the evaluation of development pathways, assist in identifying

strategic partnerships, and contribute to capital markets strategy, positioning NovaRed to

effectively unlock the value of its resource assets.
