UNITED BATTERY METALS CORP. TO CONDUCT PRIVATE PLACEMENT
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, CANADA, July 21, 2020, United Battery Metals Corp. (CSE:
UBM; OTC: UBMCF; FWB: 0UL) (“UBM” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it intends to
complete a private placement (the “Private Placement”) of up to 18,181,818 units (each, a “Unit”), at a
price of $0.11 per Unit, for gross proceeds of up to $2,000,000. Each Unit will consist of one common
share and one common share purchase warrant, with each warrant being exercisable to acquire an
additional common share at a price of $0.25 for a period of twenty-four months.
The Company intends to use the proceeds of the Private Placement for working capital and general
corporate purposes, including with respect to its search for suitable lithium and other battery materials-
related mineral properties to add to its portfolio.
The Company may pay finders’ fees to eligible parties who introduce subscribers to the Private
Placement. All securities issued in connection with the Private Placement will be subject to a four-month-
and-one-day statutory hold period in accordance with applicable securities laws. Completion of the
placement remains subject to the approval of the Canadian Securities Exchange (the “CSE”).
