(CSE: NRDX) (OTCQB: NRDMF) (FSE: 0UL0) ("NordX" or the "Company") announces today that the Company intends to complete a non-brokered private placement (the "Offering") consisting of up to 8,000,000 units (each, a "Unit") of the Company at a price of $0.30 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $2,400,000.
