(OTCQB: NRDMF) (FWB: 0UL0) ("NordX" or the "Company") is pleased to announce assay results from

a historical drill core resampling program confirming significant, shallow uranium mineralization at its

100%-owned Riutta project ("Riutta"), near Joensuu in eastern Finland.

The best result came from the Ristimonttu prospect where drill hole AREVA DH1 intersected

metres ("m") at 0.68% uranium oxide ("U

O

8

") from 21.20 to 32.50m including 3.7m grading

1.52% U

3

O

8

between 28.30 and 32.00m.

The estimated true thickness of the interval is 8.6m. AREVA

(now Orano) drilled the hole in 2008. The core went unassayed amid the company's global restructuring

and a downturn in uranium prices, ahead of the 2010 sale of its Finnish uranium assets to Mawson

Resources which subsequently sampled this same interval and reported a historical result in 2011 that is

consistent with NordX's result above. This historical result has not been verified by the Company's

Qualified Person and should not be relied upon.

Other notable results from the newly sampled intervals include:

Anomalous grades of copper and silver were also identified together with some of the elevated uranium

grades with maximum assay values grading up to 0.45% Cu and 46g/t Ag in AREVA DH1 (see

Appendix, below).

potential for highly significant near-surface uranium mineralization at Riutta,"

Riutta Uranium Project History

The Riutta uranium occurrence was discovered in 1958 through radiometric boulder tracing. Four

exploration campaigns have followed — Atomienergia (1958-59), Outokumpu Oy (1960-63), the

Geological Survey of Finland ("GTK") (1983-88), and AREVA (2008-09) — totalling 65 drill holes across

6,275 m, with only 10 holes drilled in the last 38 years. Over 500 mineralized boulders have been located

at Riutta, more than one hundred assaying above 1% uranium, and trenching at the Ristimonttu and

Unimonttu prospects has exposed pitchblende veins and pockets. Prior to the newly confirmed AREVA

DH1 results, the best previously assayed drill results at Riutta were in drill hole

324, which intersected

data referenced above have not been verified by the Company's Qualified Person and should not be

relied upon.

Previous historical drill core sampling by Mawson Resources

Mawson Resources sampled and analysed the same AREVA DH1 interval and reported the results in a

September 20, 2011 news release. The underlying assay data was later sold, along with the Riutta

property, to Tournigan Energy Ltd. in 2012, renamed months later as European Uranium Resources

("EUR"). Most of EUR's claims were subsequently allowed to lapse or were relinquished, and the data

was never filed with Finland's Safety and Chemicals Agency ("Tukes"). NordX has not been able to

obtain the underlying assay data or methodology.

Riutta Uranium Project Mineralization

Uranium mineralization at Riutta occurs as thin pitchblende veins (up to a few mm wide) infilling fractures

and microbreccias within a sericite-quartz schist host. The bedrock comprises Archean granitoids and

gneisses overlain by Paleoproterozoic quartzitic metasediments, cut by mafic to ultramafic dykes. Riutta

is interpreted as a structurally controlled, low-temperature hydrothermal uranium system, with extensive

alteration including epidote, chlorite, quartz, sericite, albite, potassium feldspar, carbonate, and

clinozoisite.

Sampling protocol and assay method

Drill core was logged and marked to show where historical core was to be half- or quarter-sampled, in

some cases using an automated diamond-blade saw. Cut sections were bagged, assigned sample IDs,

and logged in a sample register. Resampling took place at GTK's core archive in Rovaniemi, Finland;

samples were then driven personally by NordX geologists to CRS Laboratories Oy in Kempele, near

Oulu, for preparation and assay. CRS Laboratories Oy is independent of NordX. Samples were crushed,

split, and pulverized under standard procedures, then assayed by four-acid digestion with an ICP-MS

finish (method 4A-MS12).

A Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QAQC) program monitored sampling, preparation, and assay

quality throughout the resampling campaign, inserting four OREAS certified reference standards, two

core duplicates, and one blank into the sample stream — together representing 8% of all samples

submitted for analysis. CRS Laboratory operates under ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation and is widely

trusted by Nordic mining and exploration companies for geochemical analysis. All QAQC control

samples returned results within acceptable limits for accuracy and precision, and no issues were

identified that would affect the reliability of the assay dataset. All standards plotted within two standard

deviations of certified values, all blanks returned below detection limit or below threshold and all

duplicates showed <20% relative percent difference.

E. Howard, MSc, PGeo (Ontario), Principal Geologist at Nebu Consulting, LLC, an independent US-

based mineral exploration consulting firm.
