VEGA MINING RECONSTITUTES BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND MANAGEMENT

that it has reconstituted its board of directors to consist of Gordon Friesen, Scott Davis and

Allan Glowach. The reconstituted board of directors has appointed Gordon Friesen as Chief
