At the AS SM, all directo or nominees were elected d as directors s of the Company. In addition, shareho olders adopted t the Directors’ Report, the Audited State ement of Acc counts and th he Auditors’ R Report for the e year ended De ecember 31, 2 2015 and appo ointed BDO L LLP as auditor rs of the Com mpany to hold office until the e next annual me eeting. Share eholders also approved the e Company’s s proposed na ame change to Verde Agr riTech plc. Additional information will be re eleased once the name ch hange is finalized.
