Nevada Organic Phosphate Announces OTCQB Listing
Vancouver, British Columbia, December 29, 2025, Nevada Organic Phosphate Inc.
(“NOP” or the “Company”) (CSE: NOP), a B.C. based leader in organic sedimentary
phosphate exploration, is pleased to announce that, further to its news release dated
December 8, 2025, the Company's common shares (the " Shares") have commenced
trading on the OTCQB Venture Market (the "OTCQB") at the market open on December
29, 2025, under the symbol "NOPFF".

Market represents another meaningful milestone in our strategy to increase visibility,
improve liquidity, and expand our investor reach. Listing on the OTCQB positions NOP

The Shares will continue to trade on the Canadian Securities Exchange (the "CSE") under
the symbol " NOP". The OTCQB listing represents a significant milestone in the

Nevada Organic Phosphate Inc.
NOP is a junior exploration company with an organic sedimentary raw rock phosphate
bed, 6.6 kilometres long, in northeast Nevada. Additional applications extend the potential
strike of rock phosphate to over 30 kilometres. This is believed to be the only known large-
scale organic sedimentary phosphate project in North America. It is situated close to the
main highway to Montello/Elko, Nevada, and near the rail head to California.
