Mining Institute Conference (the "Conference"), taking place in Panama City, Panama on April 15-

16, 2026.

Norsemont CEO Marc Levy is scheduled to present at the Conference on April 15th at 5pm local

time. His presentation will highlight the Company’s strategic roadmap, current development

programs for Choquelimpie, and initiatives focused on strengthening long‑term value creation for

shareholders.

The Swiss Mining Institute Conference serves as a premier forum for industry leaders, investors,

and mining experts to engage on market developments, investment themes, and the future

direction of the global mining sector.
