NORSEMONT ANNOUNCES GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS
Vancouver, B.C., June 16, 2023 – Norsemont Mining Inc. (CSE: NOM, OTCQB: NRRSF, FWB: LXZ1) (“Norsemont”
or the “Company”) announces that pursuant to its Equity Incentive Plan, it has granted stock options (the
“Options”) to acquire 1,150,000 common shares in the capital of the Company, 690,000 of which were granted
to directors and officers of the Company. The Options are exercisable at $0.25 per share for a period of five years
from the date of grant.
Any common shares issuable upon the exercises of Options will, in accordance with applicable securities laws,
be subject to a hold period expiring four months and one day from the date of grant.
