NICKEL NORTH APPOINTS NEW DIRECTOR & SENIOR ADVISOR

Nickel North Exploration Corp. (NNX - TSX-Venture Exchange) (the "Company"

or "Nickel North") is pleased to announce 2022 exploration plans . Furthermore,

the Company and appointment of Ms. Julie Lemieux as a director of the

Company, and Dr. Larry Hulbert as a senior technical advisor and exploration

consultant.

Ms. Julie Lemieux

Mrs. Lemieux brings 25 years of experience in strategic management and

business development. She is an experienced executive with a proven track

record across a broad range of industries. Ms. Lemieux has led organizations

through major challenges, including f inancial restructuring, transition to the public

market and financing. She brings an understanding of what it takes to operate a

small-cap public company having to navigate governance and regulations. She

excels in working with the management team, reachin g out to partners, investors

and building a culture of engagement and accountability. Previously Ms. Lemieux

managed strategic projects, including working with the Metis Nation of Alberta

and its regions through Indigenous consultation, support, and advic e on

environmental services aligned with community concerns and values. Mrs.

Lemieux currently serves on several boards of directors with companies listed on

the TSX and the CSE.

Dr. Larry Hulbert

Dr. Larry Hulbert is a professional geoscientist with ov er 40 years of exploration

and research experience specializing in the exploration of Mafic -Ultramafic Rocks

with an emphasis on Ni -Cu-PGE mineralization. Dr. Hulbert is the current Senior

Ni-Cu-PGE consultant to numerous Australian, Japanese, Chinese and Canadian

exploration companies.

Dr. Hulbert was a senior research scientist with the Geological Survey of Canada,

Mineral Deposits Division, from 1984 to 2007. He was awarded the Earth

Sciences Sector Merit Award 2003 - Natural Resources Canada In recognition of

exemplary effort in the sustainable development of Canada’s northern mineral

wealth. He was the recipient of the Barlow Medal from CIM in 1993 for paper in

Exploration & Mining Geology “Sedimentary Nickel, Zinc, and Platium -Group

Element Mineralization in Devonian Black Shales at the Nick Property, Yukon,

Canada: A New Deposit Type”. In addition, he was the Geological Association and

Mineralogical Association of Canada Robinson Distinguished Lecturer for 2001-

2002 speaking across Canada on Ni-Cu-PGE deposits and potential in Canada.

He is a Professional Geoscientist Registered in good standing with the Association

of Professional Engineers & Geoscientists of Saskatchewan (#10836), P. Geo.

since 2003, and member in good standing with the Association of Professional

Geoscientists of Ontario (#1888), P. Geo. since 2010, and registered as a P. Geo.

in Quebec (#1898) 2014.
