ARCHER ANNOUNCES NEW CEO

Vancouver, British Columbia (June 2, 2021) – Archer Exploration Corp. (CSE: RCHR)

(“Archer” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that Mr. Mike Brown has joined the team and

been appointed to the role of Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Jeffrey Wilson has stepped down as Chief

Executive Officer but will remain as a Director of the Company.

Mr. Brown is a former CEO and geologist and with nearly 30 years experience. He was most recently the

CEO and Managing Director of Chesser Resources, (ASX:CHZ), where he led the discovery of a significant

high-grade gold deposit in Senegal, West Africa. He was formerly CEO of Argentex Mining (TSXV:ATX)

and has held senior executive roles at Kinross and Austral Gold. As a geologist he has worked with Rio

Tinto in Chile and for Phelps Dodge in Indonesia exploring for large copper porphyry systems. He has

significant experience in technical studies and financial analysis of major projects in Latin America and

Africa. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, debt project financing

and corporate governance. He has a BSc(Geol- Hons), BA, a MBA and is a Member of Australian Institute

of Geoscientists.
