Prosperity Exploration Corp. Announces Change of Name 

Vancouver,  British  Columbia  –  September  15,  2022–  Prosperity  Exploration  Corp.  (CSE:PROP) 

(“Prosperity” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company will change its name to First 

American Uranium Inc. effective September 16, 2022.  The new CUSIP number will be 31858L101 and the 

new ISIN number will be CA31858L1013 under the new name of the Company. 

The Company expects that the common shares of the Company will commence trading on the Canadian 

Securities Exchange (the “CSE”) under the new stock symbol “URM” for the new name of the Company 

on or after September 16, 2022.

Prosperity  Exploration  Corp.  is  engaged  in  the  business  of  mineral  exploration  and  the  acquisition  of 

mineral property assets in North America. The Company holds a 100% interest in the Silver Lake property 

situated around Goosly Lake and approximately 30 km southeast of the town of Houston, in the Omineca 

Mining Division, British Columbia. Additionally, the Company has acquired a 60% interest in a company that 

indirectly holds a 100% interest (subject to a 2% NSR) in certain uranium/vanadium mineral claims located 

in Catron County, New Mexico (see press release dated June 27, 2022).
