Vancouver, British Columbia – April 4, 2025 – First American Uranium Inc. (CSE: URM) (FSE: IOR) (OTCPK:

FAUMF) (the “Company”) announces, with deepest sympathy, the passing of Mr. Eugene D. Spiering, a

director of the Company. The Board and manage ment extend their heartfelt condolences to Mr.

Spiering’s family and loved ones.

The Company also announces that Tom McCandless has resigned as a director of the Company to pursue

other opportunities. The Company thanks Mr. McCandless for his contributions and services.

In addition, the Company is pleased to announce the a ppointment of Mike Petrina, P. Eng, as a director

to fill one of the vacancies. Mr. Petrina has 35+ years of experience in the mining industry, including senior

executive roles as VP Mining at MAG Silver, COO at Probe Mining and VP Mining at Hawthorne Gold, as

well as multiple mine engineering advisory roles. He has expertise in operations, engineering, and project

development and is skilled at advancing open-pit and underground projects while working responsibly

with stakeholders in the local community, Indige nous communities, and investors to maximize project

value and comply with Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) requirements.
