Inc. (TSXV: NILI) (OTCQX: NILIF) (FSE: DJ5) (the "Company" or "Surge"), announces that as of October

15, 2025, Quaternary Group Ltd. held approximately 5.7% of the issued and outstanding common

shares of Surge on an undiluted basis, and approximately 11.3% on a diluted basis. Since October 15,

2025, Quaternary Group Ltd. has acquired an additional 2,539,000 common shares of the Company

through open market purchases and now hold approximately 7.8% of the issued and outstanding

common shares of the Company on an undiluted basis and approximately 13.3% on a diluted basis.
