COPPER CREEK ANNOUNCES CHANGE OF MANAGEMENT
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA – April 25 , 2017 – Copper Creek Gold Corp. (“Copper Creek” or the
“Company”; TSX-V: CPV) today announces, further to its news release of February 14, 2017, Mr. Bing Jung has
resigned as a director and officer of the Company. The B oard wishes Bing success as he continu es to focus on
his recovery from health challenges and thanks him for his years of service to the Company.
The Company also announces that Mr. David P. Gerstner has resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the
Company. Mr. Gerstner remains a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Gordon Jung, acting interim Chief
Executive Officer, has been appointed to the position of C hief Executive Officer and interim Chief Financial
Officer, effective immediately . The Company has initiated an external search for a full t ime successor as Chief
Financial Officer.
