CT Developers Ltd. Announces Private Placement Closing

January 13, 2021 – Vancouver, British Columbia (NEX: DEV.H)

CT Developers Ltd. announces that it has closed working capital private placements with eligible

investors aggregating $225,000 which resulted in th e issuance of 2,080,000 common shares. Of

this number, 2,000,000 shares were issued at a pric e of $0.10 and 80,000 shares were issued at a

price of $0.25 per share.

Finder’s fees of $11,970 were paid to an eligible party.

The Shares will be subject to a statutory hold period expiring on May 12, 2021.
