October 13 , 2020 – Vancouver, British Columbia (NEX:DEV.H) CT Developers Ltd. ("CT" or the

"Company") announces a $2 00,000 working capital private placement with eligible investors

which will result in the issuance of up to 2,000,000 common shares at a price of $0.10 per share.

Finder’s fees may be paid to eligible parties within regulatory guidelines.

The Shares will be subject to a statutory hold period of 4-months from closing.

The Private Placement remains subject to regulatory approval.
