Toronto, Ontario – June 27, 2024 – NiCAN Limited (“NiCAN” or the “Company”) (TSX-V:NICN/FRA:W8Y)
is pleased to provide the results of its 2024 Annual General and Special Meeting (the “Meeting”) of
shareholders held on Thursday , June 27, 2024, in Toronto, Canada. Shareholders holding 19,509,651
common shares, or 23.97% , of the outstanding common shares of the Company were represented in
person or by proxy at the Meeting and voted in favour of all matters brought before the Meeting.
