Novadx Announces Suspension of Trading

(Vancouver, BC, November 7, 2014) Novadx Ventures Corp. (the "Company") (TSX-V: NDX) today announced that effective November 5, 2014, the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") suspended trading in the Company's securities as a result of a Cease Trade Order (the "CTO") issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission.

This CTO is a result of the Company's delayed filing of its June 30, 2014 year end Audited Financial Statements and Management's Discussion and Analysis as required under National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations.

Reinstatement to trading can only occur when the CTO is revoked and the TSXV has concluded its reinstatement review to ensure the Company has satisfactorily complied with TSXV requirements.
