NEWS RELEASE – TORONTO, September 05, 2023

NextSource Materials Inc. (TSX:NEXT) (OTCQB:NSRCF) (“NextSource” or the “Company”) is pleased to

announce the signing of a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) with South Korea’s POSCO

Prior to executing a definitive agreement, certain customary technical and economic studies will need to be

completed.

President and CEO, Craig Scherba, commented:

“Exploring the potential for a strategic partnership with one of the world’s largest suppliers of anodes to

western cell manufacturers and OEMs is a tremendous opportunity. We look forward to working with POSCO
