Investment Summit Prospectus

TORONTO, September 14 , 2026 – NexGold Mining Corp. (TSXV: NEXG ; OTCQX: NXGCF)

(“NexGold” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that its fully permitted Goldboro Gold Project in

Nova Scotia has been selected for inclusion in the Canada Investment Summit Prospectus, which will be

given to leading global investors at the inaugural Canada Investment Summit, hosted by Prime Minister

Mark Carney in partnership with CPP Investments and PSP Investments, in Toronto on September 14-

15, 2026.

About the Goldboro Gold Project

NexGold is steadily advancing its fully permitted Goldboro Gold Project in Nova Scotia. The Company is

evaluating a potential construction decision for Goldboro, which is currently anticipated in 2026. The

Goldboro Gold Project is located in Guysborough County, Nova Scotia, approximately 1.6 km north of

the Village of Goldboro. Situated along Route 316, the Project benefits from access to world class

infrastructure, services and a skilled workforce, supporting efficient future development activities. Based

on the Project’s 2022 Mineral Resource Estimate, Goldboro contains an estimated 2.58 million ounces

of gold within 21.6 million tonnes grading 3.72 g/t gold. According to the Goldboro Feasibility Study, the

Project is expected to have a mine life of approximately 11 years and average annual gold production of

approximately 100,000 ounces during the initial years of operation, with potential opportunities for future

expansion.

by the Prime Minister of Canada in partnership with CPP Investments and PSP Investments, the Summit
