(the “Company” or “New Destiny) sadly announces the passing of Zenaida (Zeny) Manalo, CFO

of New Destiny. Zeny was a well respected and hard working member of the Company, and the

board of directors would like to thank her for her dedicated service. The board would like to

New Destiny is in the process of identifying a replacement for the position of CFO to fill the
