New Destiny Closes Financing

Vancouver, British Columbia – December 31, 2020 – New Destiny Mining Corp. (TSXV: NED), (the

“Company” or “NED”) is pleased to announce that it has closed the private placement announced

on November 30, 2020 for gross proceeds of $70,000. Each Flow-Through Unit consists of one

common share that qualifies as a “flow -through share” as defined in subsection 66(15) of the

Income Tax Act at a price of $0.10 and one transferable common share purchase warrant. Each

whole warrant will entitle the holder to purchase, for a period of 18 months from the date of

issue, one additional non-flow-through common share of the Issuer at an exercise price of $0.15

per share.

The Company announces April 30 , 20 21 as the hold expiry date for the private placement.

Completion of the offering is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, the

receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals, includi ng final acceptance of the TSX Venture

Exchange.

The proceeds of the private placement will be used for continued exploration work at the

Company’s Treasure Mountain property in southern British Columbia.
