NEW DESTINY APPOINTS DIRECTOR

Vancouver, British Columbia – July 31, 2023 – New Destiny Mining Corp. (TSXV: NED), (the

“Company” or “NED) is pleased to announce that is has appointed Mr. Quinn Field-Dyte as a director of

the Company effective immediately.

Mr. Field-Dyte is a senior executive and corporate director with more than 30 years of experience in the

public and private markets. His knowledge of the investment banking sector and senior corporate

management of venture projects is invaluable. Mr. Field-Dyte currently serves in various executive

capacities for several publicly listed junior resource companies.
