NOBEL EXTENDS PRIVATE PLACEMENT OFFERING

TORONTO, ONTARIO October 1 6, 2024 – Nobel Resources Corp. (TSX–V: NBLC; OTCQB: NBTRF) (the
“Company” or “Nobel”) announces that it has extended the closing of its previously announced non -
brokered private placement financing of up to 24,000,000 Units at $0.05 per Unit for gross proceeds of up
to $1,200,000 (the “Offering”). The Offering is now expected to close on or before November 15, 2024.
Each Unit will be comprised of one common share in the capital of the Company (each a “Common Share”)
and one-half of one Common Share purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a “Warrant”). Each Warrant will
en�tle the holder to purchase one Common Share at an exercise price of $0.10 per Common Share for a
period of 36 months following the comple�on of the Offering. Securi�es issued under the Offering are
expected to carry a holder period of 4 months and one day from the date of issue as may be required under
applicable securi�es laws. The closing of the Offering is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture
Exchange.
