TORONTO, ONTARIO March 8, 202 4 – Nobel Resources Corp. (TSX–V: NBLC; OTCQB: NBTRF) (the
“Company” or “Nobel”) announces the appointment of Larry Guy as Interim CEO following the resigna�on
o f D a v i d G o w e r a s C E O a n d d i r e c t o r o f t h e C o m p a n y . M r . G o w e r w i l l c o n � n u e t o s u p p o r t N o b e l a s a
consultant to the Company and an advisor to the Nobel Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors of the Company thanks Mr. Gower for his valuable contribu�ons to the Company as
CEO and a director and welcomes his con�nued involvement as an advisor.
