NOBEL ANNOUNCES UPSIZING OF NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT OFFERING

TORONTO, ONTARIO, January 7, 2026 – Nobel Resources Corp. (TSX–V: NBLC; OTCQB: NBTRF) (the “ Company” or
“Nobel”) announces that as a result of strong investor demand, the Company has increased the size of its previously
announced non-brokered private placement offering from gross proceeds of up to $1,000,000 to gross proceeds of up
to $2,500,000 (the “ Offering”). The Offering will now consist of up to 50,000,000 units (each a “ Unit”) at a price of
$0.05 per Unit. The Company closed the first tranche of the Offering on December 11, 2025 and issued 6,700,000
Units for gross proceeds of $335,000.
Each Unit shall consist of one common share of the Company (each , a “Share”) and one -half of one common share
purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a “Warrant”). Each Warrant shall en�tle the holder to purchase one Share at
a price of $0.06 for a period of 24 months.
The net proceeds of the Offering will be used by the Company to continue the exploration work on its Chilean mineral
properties as well as general corporate and working capital purposes.
The Offering is expected to close on or before January 29, 2026 and is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture
Exchange.
