NOBEL ANNOUNCES CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
TORONTO, ONTARIO April 14, 2023 – Nobel Resources Corp. (TSX–V: NBLC; OTC: NBTRF) (the “Company”
or “Nobel”) announces that Jeff Glass has resigned from its board of directors. The board and management
of Nobel express their gratitude to Mr. Glass for his efforts and extensive contributions and wish him well in
his future endeavours.
