Muzhu Completes Private Placement
MUZHU COMPLETES PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Vancouver, BC – September 2 3, 2025 – Muzhu Mining Ltd. (CSE:MUZU) (FSE:Y33)
(OTCQB:MUZUF) (“Muzhu” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company has
completed its’ private placement announced on September 10, 2025 for gross proceeds of $175,000
from the sale of 1,750,000 flow-through units at a price of $0.10 per unit . Each flow-through unit
consists of one flow-through common share and one common share purchase warrant entitling its
holder to purchase one common share at $0.14 for a period of 3 years from the date of issuance. The
proceeds from the financing will be used for exploration purposes.
$14,000 in cash was paid by the Company included the grant of 140,000 share purchase warrants to
a finder with respect to the private placement. All of the securities distributed under the foregoing
private placement are subject to a four-month hold period, which will expire on January 18, 2026.
Proceeds will be used for Canadian mineral exploration projects.
