Anthony Jackson, a member of the board of directors of Montego Resources Inc. (“Montego”)

(CSE:MY) advises that there is a dispute as to the membership of the Montego board and wishes

to provide third parties with notice that certain persons holding themselves out as board members

do not have authority to contract, or otherwise make binding commitments, on behalf of Montego.

This matter is at issue in connection with Mr. Jackson’s March 7, 2019 Petition asking the Court

to order Montego to call it s 2018 Annual General Meeting. Mr. Jackson attempted to call the

overdue Annual General Meeting for April 16, 2019 but Mr. Adam Cegielski, who has never been

elected by shareholders or appointed by board resolution, or otherwise as a director of Montego,

submitted documentation retracting t he record and meeting dates. The next hearing date is

scheduled for F riday, April 12, 2019 . At the h earing, Mr. Jackson will be requesting that the

Montego Annual General Meeting be held on May 30, 2019.
