COLTSTAR BOARD CHANGES

Coltstar Ventures Inc. ("Coltstar"), announces that Peter Russell-Jones has joined the board of Directors in place of Salvatore Giantomaso, who has resigned to focus on other business ventures. Mr. Giantomaso was a founding director of the Company which was listed as a CPC on October 29, 2007. The Company thanks Mr. Gasbarro for his efforts on behalf of Coltstar Ventures and wishes him success in his future endeavours.

Mr. Russell-Jones recently joined Coltstar as a member of the Company’s newly-created Advisory Board. Mr. Russell-Jones has extensive experience in project identification, acquisition and advancement, having spent the past 25 years in the accounting, venture capital and mining sectors.

Coltstar Ventures Inc. is a mineral exploration company that is currently exploring for base and precious metals in Europe and Canada.
