FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: August 22, 2017 No. 10/17

MAMMOTH RESOURCES CONTINUES TO INTERSECT

ENCOURAGING GRADES FROM SURFACE TRENCHING

PROGRAM AT ITS TENORIBA PRECIOUS METAL

PROPERTY, MEXICO

Toronto, Canada (August 22, 2017) - Mammoth Resources Corp. (TSX-V: MTH), (the “Company”)

is pleased to announce results from another 4 surface channels at its Tenoriba precious metal property

in Chihuahua State, Mexico. The most recent results are from the Masuparia and Los Carneritos area

(refer to Figure 1 – Tenoriba Channel Location Map) are shown in bold text together with previously

reported results from this program. A more detailed image identifies sampling at the Masuparia area

(refer to Figure 2 - Masuparia Channel Location Map) and at Los Carneritos (refer to Figure 3 - Los

Carneritos Channel Location Map).

Thomas Atkins, President and CEO of Mammoth commented on the channel sample results

stating: “With 12 of 14 channel sample results reported to date, and including a couple of weak results

at Carneritos 5 and Masuparia 3, the El Moreno area to the west of the 5 kilometre trend of

mineralization averaged a combined 0.47 grams per tonne over 50 metres in four channel locations, the

Masuparia area in the middle of the trend averaged a combined 0.45 grams per tonne over 31.5 metres

in three channel locations, and the Carneritos area to the east of the trend, approximately 4 to 5

kilometres east of El Moreno channels, averaged a combined 0.92 grams per tonne over 58.5 metres in

five of six trench locations. These are excellent results with lengthy channels separated from one

another by hundreds of metres over this 5 kilometre trend of gold-silver mineralization at grades

equivalent and in some cases above those currently being economically mined in open pit heap leach

mining operations in Mexico. There are two channels remaining to be reported, however we’re very

pleased to report potentially economic grades from the 10 of 12 trenches so far reported and we feel

these results bode well for success in future drilling as we test the depth extent of these zones.”

The Company announced earlier this year its plans to embark on a program of infill PIMA sampling, drill

road construction and channel sampling to better define drill targets which followed prior surface

sampling and an IP and Magnetometer geophysics survey over a prospective 15 square kilometre area

at Tenoriba. Mammoth has sampled gold ubiquitously ov er the property reporting results as high as 75

grams per tonne (g/t) and drill intersections, the highest grade of which was 45.6 g/t gold over 1.9

metres. The Company completed 14 channels totaling almost 200 metres in length where 139 samples

were analyzed for gold, silver and multi-elements in the Cerro Colorado, El Moreno, Masuparia and Los

Carneritos areas on the property (refer to Figure 1 - Channel Sample Location Map).

Results from this channel sampling program correspond well with geophysical features extending at

depth below these channel samples and this correlation will be used to assist in locating attractive drill

targets with the objective of extending surface results at depth and potentially begin to build a mineral

resource at Tenoriba.

Qualified Person / Quality Controls:

Richard Simpson, P.Geo., Vice-President Exploration for Mammoth Resources Corp. is Mammoth's

Qualified Person, according to National Instrument 43-101, for the Tenoriba property and is responsible

for and has reviewed any technical data mentioned in th is news release. Samples referenced in this

press release were prepared and analyzed by ALS CHEMEX in their facilities in Mexico and Canada,

respectively. Samples generally consisted of over a minimum of 2 kilograms of material. Gold and silver

analyses were performed by 30 gram fire assay with an Atomic Absorption finish . Silver, copper, lead

and zinc were analyzed as part of a multi-element ICP package using an aqua regia digestion. Over limit

samples with greater than 1% Cu, Pb and Zn were re-analyzed using ore grade detection limits. Blank

and duplicate samples were inserted randomly at approximately every 20 samples.
