ML Gold Closes Flow-Through Financing

ML Gold Corp. (TSX-V: MLG) (“ ML Gold” or the “Company”) reports the closing of its

previously non-brokered Private Placement of flow-through sh ares to raise aggregate gross

proceeds of $325,621. The Private Placement consisted the issuance of 1,915,420 (Common

Shares) at a price of $0.17 per share.

The proceeds from the sale of the flow-through units will be expended on the Company's

properties located in British Columbia.

All securities issued pursuant to the Private Placement are sub ject to a statuary hold period

expiring on November 5th, 2017.
