Minsud Files Technical Report for the Chita Valley Project
TORONTO, ONTARIO - Minsud Resources Corp. (TSX-V: MSR) (“Minsud” or the “Company”) is pleased
to announce , further to its news release dated January 17, 2025, that it has filed a technical report in
accordance with National Instrument 43 -101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”)
in respect of the Chita Valley Project in the San Juan Province, Argentina. The technical report titled “NI 43-
101 Technical Report Mineral Resource Estimate for Chita Valley Project” and dated January 17, 2025 has
been prepared for the Company by representatives of Mining Plus Peru S.A.C. and Cube Consulting Pty
Ltd, each of whom is a “qualified person” in accordance with NI 43-101. The technical report can be found
