TORONTO, ONTARIO – Minsud Resources Corp. (TSX -V: MSR) (“Minsud” or the
“Company”) is pleased to announce, further to its press release on November 4, 2019, it has
received TSX Venture Exchange final acceptance and the requisite shareholder approval to
complete the transactions contemplated under the earn -in agreement entered into with
South32 Aluminum (Holdings) Pty Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of South32 Limited.
