Minsud Announces Issuance of Units for Services

TORONTO, ONTARIO – Minsud Resources Corp. (TSX-V: MSR) (“Minsud” or the

“Company”) announces that has issued 950,440 units of the Company (the “Units”) at a price

of $0.10 per Unit to settle debts owing for certai n drilling services performed on the Company’s

Chita Valley property. The payment in Units represents fees owed to the service provider which

amount to $95,044.

Each Unit comprises of one common share in the capital of the Company (“ Common Share”)

and one common share purchase warrant (“ Warrant”). Each Warrant is exercisable into one

Common Share at $0.15 for a term of two years from the date of issue. The Common Shares

and Warrants issued under the Units will be subject to a four month hold period expiring on April

29, 2018.
