Report on Business
1. Provide a general overview and discussion of the development of the Issuer’s business
and operations over the previous month. Where the Issuer was inactive disclose this fact.
The Issuer has been focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of
economic precious metals and base metal properties of merit and to conduct its
exploration program on the Aruba Property.
On August 22, the Issuer announces that it has entered into a loan agreement
pursuant to which the Issuer shall borrow from the Lender $50,000 at a 5% per
annum interest rate. In addition, the Issuer shall issue the Lender 25,000 warrants,
exercisable at $0.20 per share for a term of 2 years.
2. Provide a general overview and discussion of the activities of management.
Management has been focused on the items set out in Section 1.
