Annual General Meeting
Mithril Silver and Gold Limited (“Mithril” or “the Company”) (ASX:MTH; TSXV:MSG) confirms that it
intends to hold its Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 5 November 2025 AEST. The
time and other details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting to
be sent in due course.
An item of business at the Annual General Meeting will be the election of directors. The
period for nomination of directors will close at 5pm AE ST on 17 September 2025.
Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the
Annual General Meeting and must be accompanied by the consent in writing and brief
biographical details (for inclusion in the Notice of Meeting) of the person nominated.
