MEDELLIN, Colombia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 7, 2025--Mineros S.A. (TSX:MSA,
MINEROS:CB) (“Mineros” or the “Company”) plans to release its second quarter 2025
financial and operating results on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, after the market’s close. Senior
management will host a conference call Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at 9:00 AM Colombian
Standard Time (10:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time).

Election of Directors – Electoral Quotient System

which require the directors to be elected on the basis of a slate of nominees proposed for election
