MEDELLIN, Colombia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--November 4, 2025--Mineros S.A. (TSX:MSA, OTCQX:MNSAF,
BVC:MINEROS) (“Mineros” or the “Company”) announces that it plans to release its third quarter 2025 financial and
operating results tomorrow, Wednesday, November 5, 2025, after the market’s close. Senior management will host a
conference call Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 9:00 AM Colombian Time (9:00 AM Eastern Standard Time).

Election of Directors – Electoral Quotient System
