“Receipt of the C$2.22 million Quebec tax credit is an important and timely contribution

to Mont Royal’s funding position as we continue advancing the Ashram Rare Earth and

Fluorspar Project toward Pre-Feasibility. The rebate reflects eligible exploration and

development expenditure undertaken in Quebec and demonstrates the tangible support

available for strategically important critical minerals projects such as Ashram through

non-dilutive government funding support.

“This funding further strengthens our ability to progress key technical, permitting and

stakeholder engagement workstreams at Ashram, while continuing to work closely with

First Nations, Government agencies, strategic partners and potential offtake participants.

“Over the balance of 2026, our priority is to advance Ashram through a disciplined

program of technical de -risking while pursuing a range of non -dilutive funding

opportunities, including government support programs, strategic partnerships and other

project financing initiatives. We believe that Ashram’s outstanding PEA economics,

strategic importance to Western critical minerals supply chains and the growing

government focus on critical minerals infrastructure position the Project strongly to

leverage evolving Government support around site access.

“Ashram remains one of the world’s most significant undeveloped rare earth and

fluorspar projects, with the potential to become a cornerstone supplier of critical minerals

and contribute to the development of critical minerals industries in Quebec, Canada,

North America and Europe. Our focus remains on creating shareholder value through

disciplined project advancement and prudent capital management as we move toward

the next phase of development.”
