Commerce Resources Corp. Clarifies Number of Stock Options Granted

July 6, 2017 - Commerce Resources Corp. (TSXv: CCE; FSE: D7H) (the “ Company ”) announces

that, further to its News Release of June 5, 2017, the number of stock options to be granted to

directors, officers, consultants and employees was incorrectly stated. The correct number of

stock options granted is 13,372,320. All other terms of the stock options remain the same.
