Toronto, ON, February 23, 2026 – Global Tactical Me tals Corp. (CSE: MONI) ("Global Tactical" or the
"Company") announces that it has mutually agreed to terminate its previously share exchange agreement
dated January 29, 2026, to acquire 100% of the issu ed and outstanding shares of 1560406 BC Ltd. (see
press release dated February 2, 2026).
