Mosaic Minerals Corp. Announces Listing on the Canadian Securities Exchange

Vancouver, British Columbia – November 16, 2020 – Mosaic Minerals Corp. (the “Company”)

(CSE: MOC) is very pleased to announce that the Company’s common shares have been approved

for listing on the Canadian Securities Exchange (the “ CSE”) and begun trading on the CSE as of

November 16, 2020 under the ticker symbol “MOC”.
