News Release - Vancouver, British Columbia – May 14 , 2021 : Monumental Gold Corp.
(“Monumental”) (TSX-V:MGLD) announces the granting of incentive stock options (“Options”) to
certain of its directors, officers and consultants to purchase up to an aggregate 2,080,000 common shares
of the Company at a price of $0. 38 per common share for a period of two years. The Options vest on
the date of grant.
