News Release - Vancouver, British Columbia – April 25, 2025: Monumental Energy Corp.
(“Monumental” or the “ Company”) (TSX-V: MNRG; FSE: ZA6 ; OTCQB: MNMRF ) announces that
Mr. Frans Jacobs has resigned as a director of the Company, effective April 24, 2025.
The board extends its sincere gratitude to Mr. Jacobs for his contribution during his time as a director of
Monumental and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours.
